The Ligier Junior Formula Championship (Ligier JFC) launched in 2024, providing a new home for the widely-available first-generation Ligier JS F416 chassis. Debuting a new name and logo for the 2025 season, Ligier JFC continues to offer up-and-coming racers with an opportunity to develop their skills and learn the basics while competing on the most cost-efficient ladder system with the lowest cost per mile in North America.
Sanctioned by PMH and available to drivers ages 14 and up, the championship focuses on education as much as it does competition to prepare drivers to climb the ranks through F4 U.S. and FR Americas.
Launched in 2014, FIA Formula 4 was created to offer young, aspiring racers the opportunity to take the first step from karting into the world of single seater racing. Designed to be a globally-recognized, yet affordable entry point to the world of single-seater racing, FIA F4 allows drivers to compare themselves to the best young talent, not only in their own country, but across other F4 Championships around the world.
In the United States, the FIA and SCCA Pro Racing joined forces to launch F4 U.S. in 2016, and FR Americas in 2018. Both Championships have continued to grow thanks to support of Parella Motorsports Holdings and key series partners. With driver training, unmatched affordability and strong manufacturer support, competitors continue to grow their skills and prepare for higher level of motorsports—as proven by several alumni who have reached the pinnacle of the sport. FR Americas and F4 U.S. have proven to be one of the best ways for aspiring drivers to begin their professional careers and gain experience on an international platform.
